The easiest way to order is by PayPal. You may also pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). I can take your order over the phone and will ship your purchase the next business day. Please do not send any credit card information via email.
You may pay by check or money order, as well; merchandise will be shipped after checks have cleared the bank. Please include with your payment your full name, address, and telephone number and a complete description of the item(s) you are ordering (including item or knitting pattern number(s)).
Return Policy: If an item is defective, I will, of course, exchange or refund the cost of that item at my expense (including shipping). If you wish to return an item for any other reason, all shipping charges are customer responsibility. Any returned items must be in the same condition that I sent them.
REMEMBER! Everything is handmade and is available in very limited quantities. Many items are one of a kind.
